Support for Today, Tools for Tomorrow.

I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults and couples, with a focus on healing, self-understanding, healthier relationships, and creating a more meaningful life. Therapy is personalized to your unique experiences, needs and goals.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what you’re experiencing, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable.

I work with adults experiencing trauma and difficult life experiences, anxiety, depression, grief, relationdhip concerns, dissociation, and periods of transition or feeling stuck.

Therapy is tailored to you. Together, we can make sense of patterns that may be affecting your life today, strengthen ways of coping, and work toward greater connection, stability, and self-understanding.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what is happening between you, and begin changing patterns that may be leaving one or both of you feeling hurt, frustrated, or disconnected.

I work with couples experiencing communication difficulties, recurring conflict, emotional distance, loss of trust, and challenges related to life transitions, stress, or past experiences that may be affecting the relationship today.

Together, we can identify the patterns you may have become caught in, strengthen communication and emotional connection, and develop healthier ways of responding to one another—even during difficult moments.

Trauma & Dissociation

Treatment

Trauma can affect more than our memories. It can shape how we feel in our bodies, how we respond to stress, how we relate to others, and how safe or connected we feel in the present.

I work with adults experiencing the effects of trauma, including complex and early-life trauma, dissociation, emotional disconnection, and different parts or states of self that may have developed as ways of coping with overwhelming experiences.

Treatment is paced carefully and tailored to your needs. Depending on what is helpful and appropriate, our work my include EMDR, trauma-informed therapy, parts and ego-states-informed approaches, nervous system regulation, and other evidence-based strategies to support greater stability, integration, and healing.

Family Estrangement

Support

Family estrangement can bring a complicated kind of grief. You may be missing someone who is still very much alive while also trying to make sense of hurt, uncertainty, anger, guilt, or unanswered questions.

I work with parents who are navigating estrangement from adult children. Therapy can offer a place to process what has happened, understand patterns and boundaries, and care for yourself without requiring you to ignore the importance of the relationship.

Our work can focus on finding greater emotional steadiness, deciding what is and is not within your control, and building a meaningful life alongsidethe uncertainty. If the relationship changes in the future, we can also explore what healthy and thoughtful reconnection might look like.
